*You will need to be able to open a PDF on your Desk Top, Laptop, Ipad, Tablet or other device. Free software can be downloaded, one of the most popular suppliers for this is Adobe.

*As we are based in the UK most of our patterns are written in UK terminology.

*We aim to email all our patterns within one working day. Please be aware that we are in the UK and work on GMT.

*We spend hours cleaning up the patterns that we sell and resizing them so that they fit nicely on A4 paper making them easier to read than the original smaller versions.
